Use agreement
By accessing and using the Glam Live mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these User Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you post, submit, or share on the App ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant Glam Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the App.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the App:
● Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
● Posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.
● Impersonating another person or entity.
● Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
● Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the App.
● Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Glam Live or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Glam Live does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glam Live and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
Glam Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to the App or its users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Organization.
Glam Live reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glam Live concerning the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
